1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through Rarebook Store (store.rarebook.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store.
2 Store Catalog & Product Information
We take immense care to ensure that product titles, specifications, dimensions, color swatches, ISBN numbers, and prices are accurately displayed. However:
- Actual product colors may vary slightly due to screen calibration and lighting during photography.
- All products are subject to stock availability at the time of order processing.
- In the rare event an item is out of stock after your order is confirmed, you will be notified promptly with the option for a full immediate refund or replacement.
3 Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All prices displayed on Rarebook Store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly marked otherwise.
- We reserve the right to revise prices, discounts, and promotional bundles at any time without prior notice.
- Payments are processed securely via verified gateways supporting UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD where eligible).
- Orders are fulfilled only upon receipt of successful payment confirmation from our gateway partners.
4 User Accounts & Single Sign-On (SSO)
Rarebook operates a unified customer account infrastructure across rarebook.in and store.rarebook.in.
- Logging into your account on either domain authenticates you across all Rarebook web properties.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mobile number, OTPs, and access credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated delivery information during checkout.
5 Shipping & Title Transfer
Purchased items are dispatched through our accredited third-party logistics partners. Title and risk of loss for all items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier with valid tracking.
6 Intellectual Property
All brand logos, product artwork, UI designs, icons, graphics, and software scripts on Rarebook Store are the exclusive property of Rarebook India or its authorized licensors and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
7 Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These terms and all transactions through Rarebook Store shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, proceeding, or claim arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
